The young Italian artist Nikki Floran seems to embrace and reinterpret the legacy of Nouveau Réalisme, an artistic movement that profoundly influenced the second half of the twentieth century. In particular, his work engages with that of Arman, renowned for transforming everyday objects into timeless artistic icons. Consider his 1970 installation, in which a collection of electric razors was elevated to the rank of a work of art.

Inspired by this vision, Nikki Floran reinterprets everyday objects, transforming them into works of art. Using epoxy resin, she fixes and crystallizes her subjects, stopping time and giving them a new dimension: that of eternity.
