The sculpture represents a crushed can, an object we usually consider worthless waste. However, this can retains an intrinsic beauty and a distinctive aesthetic thanks to the Chanel brand. Instead of a traditional perfume bottle, the famous Chanel N°5 appears to be contained within this can, which appears as if it has been impacted and compressed.
The work plays with contrasts: on one hand, the image of a disposable object destined for the trash; on the other, the symbol of luxury and prestige represented by the Chanel brand. This contrast highlights how value and beauty can be bestowed even on what is generally considered unimportant, simply through association with an iconic brand.
