2. Purchase one or more digital card packs to increase your chances of winning the Squid Game Edition KAWS duo.

3. Open the email you received where you can find your tickets, and carefully follow the steps described to complete your registration for the contest.

The Winner's Ticket will be drawn on April 10, 2026, during the "Gala Evening" which will take place at the "Daniele Comelli Art Gallery" located in Genoa (GE), Via Cesarea 105/R - 16121 Genoa (GE) by an Official delegated by the Chamber of Commerce, in the presence of a notary.

PRIZE COMPETITION RULES
(art.10 Presidential Decree no. 430 of 26 October 2001)
“KAWS SQUID GAME EDITION”

• PROMOTER
Daniele Comelli Art srl, (CF/P. IVA 02849350992), represented by its Sole Director and legal representative pro tempore, Mr. Daniele Comelli, with registered office in Via Giovanni Torti 23/14 - 16143 Genoa (GE), Italy, email address: info@danielecomelli.com, certified email address: danielecomelliart@pec.it (“Promoter”).

Article 1. NAME
1.1. The initiative is called “KAWS Squid Game Edition” (“Initiative” or “Contest”) and is governed by these prize competition rules (“Rules”).

Article 2. TERRITORIAL AREA
2.1 The Competition takes place throughout the entire Italian national territory (therefore excluding the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City) (“Territorial Area”).

Article 3. DURATION
3.1 The Competition will run from February 1, 2026, to April 10, 2026, ("Duration"). The period from February 1, 2026, to March 31, 2026, shall be considered the period during which the recipients may participate in the competition, as set forth in Article 6 below ("Participation Period").
3.2 The report on the awarding of prizes will be prepared on April 10, 2026, and on the same occasion, the final draw will be held to determine two winners and four reserves.

Article 4. RECIPIENTS
4.1 The Contest is open to all individuals, adults, residing in the Territorial Area ("Participants") who have completed the registration process on the website www.danielecomelli.com ("Site") and, during the Participation Period, have purchased at least one of the packages listed below containing digital cards from the "Comelli Dimensions" collection ("Packages"). The purchase of one or more Packages will entitle the participant to receive one or more tickets ("Tickets") to participate in the Contest. Specifically, four Packages will be available for purchase, each entitling the participant to the following Tickets:
• Package containing n. 1 digital card for Euro 10.00 will entitle you to n. 1 free ticket;
• Package containing 2 digital cards for Euro 18.00 will entitle you to 3 free tickets;
• Package containing 4 digital cards for Euro 32.00 will entitle you to 7 free tickets;
• Package containing 7 digital cards for Euro 50.00 will entitle you to 15 free tickets;
4.2 Employees of the Promoter and all persons who contributed to the realization of the Competition are excluded from the Competition.
4.3 Participation in the Competition is free, excluding internet connection costs for registering for the Competition itself.

Article 5. PURPOSE
5.1 The Competition aims to promote and foster awareness of contemporary art among the public.

Article 6. MECHANICS AND METHODS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION
6.1 The individuals, as identified in Article 4 above, who purchase at least one of the Packages on the Site between February 1, 2026 and March 31, 2026, may connect to the Site during the same period to access the area dedicated to participation in the Competition called the "Daniele Comelli Raffle Club" (cost equal to the rate agreed upon by each Participant with their provider/manager). Participants must register by completing the registration form with the following personal information:
− name
- surname
- date of birth
− Residential address
- email address
- telephone number
- personal password of your choice
They will be able to read the Privacy Policy and optionally check the boxes to consent to the processing of personal data for promotional and advertising purposes and to consent to marketing and data processing for profiling purposes.
A message will then be sent to the newly registered email address inviting you to authenticate your registration and log in.
They will also be able to view the competition rules and tick the box to declare that they have read and accepted them.
Finally, they will be able to participate in the assignment of the prizes up for grabs by following the procedures foreseen and described below.
6.2 Participants, once they have completed the registration procedure on the Site indicated in point 6.1 above, must connect to the Site and fill out the appropriate form by entering the following data present on the Ticket:
− the date of the Ticket, between 01.02.2026 and 31.03.2026, in the format DD/MM/YYYY;
− the time (hour and minutes) of the Ticket in HH:MM format;
− the complete ticket number.
Each Ticket can be used only once (for example, if the Package contains 2 digital cards and 3 Tickets, the Participant will only be able to register the three Tickets once each).
By entering the required information in the appropriate spaces, the Participant will be automatically added to the List of Participants, thus acquiring the right to participate in the Contest. Upon completing the form, the Participant will also receive, via email to the address provided during registration on the Site, an invitation to the gala evening referred to in Article 7 below, during which the winners will be drawn and the prizes awarded.
Please note that the Ticket data used is only used as a means of participation in the Competition and not to award prizes, which will, instead, be assigned in a completely random manner using software that cannot be tampered with or modified externally, as per an expert assessment carried out by a programmer.
The entry of the Ticket data in the appropriate form on the Website must take place exclusively from 01.02.2026 to 31.03.2026 at 11.59.59 PM: any participations after this deadline will not be possible and, in any case, will not be considered valid for the purposes of participation in the Competition.

Article 7. DRAWS AND METHODS OF AWARDING COMPETITION PRIZES
7.1 At the end of the participation period as indicated in Article 3, each Participant will compete in the drawing for the assignment of the prizes up for grabs.
The prize draw will take place on April 10, 2026, during the gala evening (“Gala Evening”) at the “Daniele Comelli Art Gallery” located in Genoa (GE), Via Cesarea 105/R - 16121 Genoa (GE), in the presence of a Notary or an official of the competent Chamber of Commerce for the area, to ensure respect for public faith.
The drawing will be done using a random drawing software that cannot be tampered with or modified, and the prize will be awarded completely at random, as per the expert report provided by the technical manager responsible for developing the software, in order to ensure equal treatment among participants and public trust.
Two Winners (“Winners”) will be identified, along with a number of names drawn as reserves, as detailed in Article 10 “Prize” below.

Article 8. NOTIFICATION OF WINNINGS
8.1 If the Winner is present at the Gala Evening, the announcement of the win will take place concurrently with the drawing, and during the same time and place, the Winner must declare whether he or she accepts the prize. In order to proceed with the awarding of the prize and subsequent delivery as per Article 9, the Winner must present the original Ticket and a valid identity document. Otherwise, it will not be possible to proceed with the awarding and delivery of the prize, and the prize will be awarded to the first runner-up in the drawing order.
8.2. If the Winner is unable to attend the Gala Evening, he or she will receive, within 24 hours of the award date, an email to the email address used to register on the Site, containing notification of the win, the prize won, and instructions on how to accept the prize.
8.3 In the case referred to in Article 8.2., before sending confirmation of the win by email, the Promoter reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the data provided by the Winner during participation in the Competition (see Article 6 – “Mechanics and methods of participation in the Competition”).
8.4 In the case referred to in Article 8.2., the Winner will also be asked to complete the prize acceptance form ("Form"), which will require the submission of a copy of their valid identity document (and its details) and/or any other information strictly necessary for delivery of the prize. The Form must be duly completed and returned to the contact details provided when the winner is notified no later than 2 (two) calendar days from the date of receipt of the prize notification.
In case of:
− failure to respond/failure to complete the Acceptance Form/express refusal of the prize within the deadline, or
- failure to comply with the terms and conditions of completion indicated above,
The Winner will forfeit the right to the prize and will have no further claims against the Promoter, and the prize will be awarded to one of the alternates in the order of the draw. The alternates will be subject to the same methods and timeframes for validating the prize indicated above for the Winner.
Please note that the prizes will be reassigned to the reserves in the order in which they are drawn.
8.5 It is the Winner's responsibility to ensure that the contact information provided during registration on the Site is correct and active. Otherwise, the prize will not be awarded and the Winner will forfeit the right to the prize and will have no further claims against the Promoter. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for failure to notify the Winner of their win or for failure to deliver the notification of their win due to Winners providing incorrect, untrue, or outdated addresses, contact information, and/or other personal information.
8.6 Any exclusions and/or irregularities in participation that cannot be assessed at the time of the drawing will be disclosed by the Promoter, after verifying the list of Winners, including the data required for prize acceptance. In the event of incompatibility and/or failure to comply with the provisions of these Regulations, the prizes will be awarded to the first runner-up drawn.
8.7 In any case, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to request from the Winner any other data that may be necessary to verify the correctness of the participation, as provided for in these Regulations.

Article 9. PRIZE AWARDING
9.1 Upon acceptance of the prize in the manner and within the terms set out in Article 8, the Winners - if present at the Gala Evening - will receive the prize during the aforementioned evening. If not present at the Gala Evening, they will receive the prize at the residential address indicated during registration on the Site and in any case within the legal deadlines (Article 1, paragraph 3, Presidential Decree 430/2001).
9.2 Please note that the prize can be confirmed by the Promoter only after receiving the documents requested in the notification of the win. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the correspondence between the data provided by the Winner when registering on the Site to participate in the Competition and the data sent to confirm the win.

Article 10. PRIZE
10.1 The prizes (“Prizes”) up for grabs consist of:
• n. 1 (one) sculpture by the artist KAWS entitled “YOUNG-HEE” (Squid Game Edition) in gray, valued at Euro 1,500.00 (one thousand five hundred/00), VAT included, made of vinyl measuring 28 cm x 38 cm. The sculpture is a collector's item born from the collaboration between KAWS, Netflix and AllRightsReserved, released in December 2024 to celebrate the release of the second season of Squid Game on Netflix.
• n. 1 (one) sculpture by the artist KAWS entitled “YOUNG-HEE” (Squid Game Edition) in orange, valued at Euro 1,500.00 (one thousand five hundred/00), VAT included. Made of vinyl, measuring 38 cm x 28 cm. The sculpture is a collector's item born from the collaboration between KAWS, Netflix and AllRightsReserved, released in December 2024 to celebrate the release of the second season of Squid Game on Netflix.
The total value of the Prizes is Euro 3,000.00 (three thousand/00), VAT included.
The Winner will not be entitled to any refund if, at the time of winning or delivery, the value of the Prize is lower than that indicated in the description above. Any Winner who fails to accept the Prize within the established timeframe will not be entitled to any form of compensation or compensation, whether in cash or in the form of other prizes. The Winner may not request an exchange/replacement of the Prize.
10.2 During the drawing of the 2 Winners, 4 names will also be drawn as a reserve.
Notes on the Award
The prize is personal to the Winner and cannot be transferred to a third party.
The Winner may not contest the awarded Prize, nor request the corresponding cash value or an exchange/substitution for any reason. However, the Promoter, in the event that it is not possible to deliver the prize won due to supervening impossibility and/or causes beyond its control, reserves the right to replace the announced Prize with another of the same or similar nature and of equal or greater value and, where possible, with similar or comparable characteristics, in accordance with the law.
Except as provided above, the Prize may not be exchanged for cash or gold tokens, nor for other goods or services.
The market value of the Prize is valid as of the date of writing of these Rules. Regarding the aforementioned Prize, the Promoter specifies the following: the Promoter cannot be held liable for any improper use of the Prize by the Winner or for use by persons unsuitable for the Prize due to age, physical condition, or mental or physical incapacity.

Article 11. PRIZE MONEY AND DEPOSIT
11.1 The prize pool for the Competition is Euro 3,000.00 (three thousand/00) (VAT included).
11.2 To guarantee the promised prizes, a security deposit equal to 100% of the total prize pool was provided. The security deposit was made via a provisional deposit established via bank transfer to the territorially competent State Treasury Office.

Article 12. Non-profit organizations
12.1 At the conclusion of the Competition, any prizes that, for any reason, have not been requested and/or awarded, with the exception of prizes expressly refused, will be donated to “ABF - Andrea Bocelli Foundation”, (CF 90049390504), Piazza San Firenze, 5 – 50122 Florence (FI).
12.2 In the event of the latter's withdrawal, another non-profit organization will be identified to which the unclaimed and/or unassigned prizes will be donated, in accordance with the provisions of Presidential Decree 430/2001.

Article 13. COMMUNICATION
13.1 The Competition will be advertised through online promotional materials, on the Website, on the Promoter's social media channels, such as Facebook and Instagram, as well as on any other media the Promoter deems useful for disseminating awareness of the Competition. Advertising messages will be consistent with these Rules.
Any changes that may be made to the Regulations during the Competition, in compliance with acquired rights, will be communicated in advance to Participants using the same communication methods reserved for these Regulations.
An up-to-date version of this Policy will be available at any time on the Site.

Article 14. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA - Privacy Policy pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (so-called "GDPR")
The personal data provided by Participants will be processed by the Promoter in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679, for purposes related to the execution, management, and organization of the Competition, for the assignment and validation of Prizes, and for the fulfillment of obligations under laws, regulations, or EU legislation. Providing personal data for the purposes of participating in the Initiative is not mandatory, but refusal to provide such personal data will prevent the Participant from participating in the Competition. The legal basis for processing is the performance of the contract. The personal data provided will be processed by the Promoter as Data Controller and, where necessary, for the purposes indicated above, may be disclosed to third parties (such as companies, freelancers, and/or authorities) who may act as Data Controllers, Processors, or Joint Controllers. The updated list of entities identified as Data Controllers, Processors, or Joint Controllers is available on the website www.danielecomelli.com . Personal data will be processed by the Promoter within the EU and will not be disclosed. Personal data is processed using manual, computerized, and electronic means, ensuring the security and confidentiality of the data. Prevention and protection systems are used, which are constantly updated and verified for reliability. Processing will last no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected, and in any case no longer than 10 years from the closing date of the Competition, without prejudice to any interruptions (disputes, etc.). Each data subject may exercise, at any time, the rights set forth in Articles 15-21 of the GDPR, and request, among other things, the correction, updating, or deletion of their data, by sending a written request to the Promoter at info@danielecomelli.com. Article 15. FINAL NOTES – MISCELLANEOUS
• Participation in the Competition implies that the Recipients unconditionally and fully accept the rules and clauses contained in these Regulations, without any limitation.
• Failure to complete the data required for registration in the Competition, as indicated in Article 6, and/or the information on data processing and/or acceptance of the rules will not allow participation in the Competition.
• Participations that do not meet the requirements set out in this regulation or that are made in a manner contrary to the same will not be considered valid.
• The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any access problem, impediment, malfunction or difficulty regarding technical tools, the computer, telephone line, cables, electronics, software and hardware, transmission and connection, Internet connection or browser versions, which may prevent or delay a user from participating in any phase of the Competition, including, by way of example, causes of force majeure such as breakdowns, atmospheric events, etc.
• The Promoter assumes no responsibility for outdated browser versions or outdated mobile operating systems that may prevent participation in the Competition.
• Participants who, in the sole discretion of the Promoter or third parties appointed by the Promoter, participate using means and instruments capable of circumventing the randomness, or in violation of the normal course of the initiative, will be excluded from participation and will not be able to enjoy any prize won. Therefore, the Promoter or third parties appointed by the Promoter reserve the right to proceed against all Participants in the terms deemed most appropriate and in compliance with applicable laws.
• The images of the Prizes shown in the communication materials are purely indicative.
• The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prizes with others of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability within the expected timeframe.
• Any request by a Winner for an alternative prize and/or cash equivalent will not be honored.
• With reference to the procedure for communicating the win, the Promoter assumes no responsibility for any Winner who, during registration, has provided an incorrect email address or one that refers to a full or disabled mailbox, or a fake telephone number or one belonging to another user. The Promoter also declines any responsibility for incorrect email addresses that do not correspond to the Winners or are blacklisted, or if the winning confirmation email sent by the operator is considered spam and/or junk mail by the recipient's email server, or if the recipient's email is full or disabled.
• The Promoter also assumes no responsibility in the event of non-delivery of the Prizes due to the indication of incorrect addresses or personal data by the Winners.
• The server on which data registration and participation management are carried out is located in Italy.
• The Promoter declares that it waives the right to claim from the Winners the amounts paid, as a tax substitute, for the IRPEF withholdings provided for by art. 30 of Presidential Decree no. 600 of 02/09/1973.
• Participation in the prize competition implies the participant's unconditional and total acceptance of the rules and clauses contained in these Regulations without any limitation.
• For anything not expressly provided for in this regulation, Presidential Decree 430/2001 will apply.

La famiglia Comelli è una prestigiosa stirpe di mercanti d’arte, attiva nel mercato dell’arte sin dal 1950. Da quasi 60 anni, la loro passione si tramanda di generazione in generazione, di padre in figlio.
Nel 2018, Daniele Comelli ha riconosciuto il potenziale dell’e-commerce e ha scelto di fondare la propria galleria d’arte online, intraprendendo un percorso indipendente rispetto all’attività di famiglia.
Daniele racconta: “Ho sempre saputo che l’arte sarebbe stata la mia vita e che anch’io sarei diventato un gallerista, ma volevo farlo a modo mio. Dopo aver terminato gli studi, ho iniziato a lavorare nella galleria di mio padre, fondata da suo padre nel 1967.
Si occupava esclusivamente di arte classica, trattando maestri del calibro di De Pisis, Michetti, Scanavino, Silvestro Lega, Gamberini e molti altri grandi artisti. È stato da lui che ho imparato a maneggiare i quadri, a pulirli e restaurarli.
