EDWARD SPITZ

Edward Spitz he is an artist who speaks little of himself, and prefers his paintings to speak. 

His works are exhibited in various public and private places in Italy and abroad. Take part in collective and personal.

His work is ironic and polite, at the base of his paintings vintage comic book illustrations on which he makes his characters speak, who look and wink at whoever is in front of him. They bring to the fore, magnify, in the value of a key figure: Minnie, Mickey, Donald ... they are there ready to tell us a fragment of a true story! With this mechanism the paintings break the narrative scheme of the comic and become works of art.
